Nautical Connection provides motivated Filipino maritime professionals for European inland shipping and passenger vessels. Candidates are selected with a focus on attitude, reliability, professional development and long-term employability.
Some candidates already have European inland shipping experience; others are developing their inland shipping careers.
Through our Romanian recruitment network, Nautical Connection provides qualified maritime professionals for different positions on board. Many candidates already have experience in European inland shipping and are familiar with the requirements of working on European waterways.
Crew shortages do not always follow a planning schedule. When a crew member becomes unavailable or additional manpower is required, Nautical Connection uses its international network to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Future captains
Nautical Connection also provides motivated future captains who already hold relevant qualifications, such as GVB and radar certification, but still want to develop their practical experience and knowledge of European inland shipping.
They are motivated, eager to learn and can support experienced captains while developing towards independent command – against an attractive rate.
