Nautical Connection B.V. is a Netherlands-based maritime placement agency focused on inland shipping and passenger vessels throughout Europe.

We work with an international network of recruitment and crewing partners and focus on what matters in daily shipping operations: qualified people, clear communication and practical solutions.

We introduce candidates and vessel operators to each other. The employment contract is between the crew member – or the partner employing them – and the vessel operator. Nautical Connection is not that employer and exercises no supervision or direction on board.
